Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Golf Legends gear, but if something’s not quite right, don't worry! Our returns and exchanges process is as easy as sinking a two-foot putt.
You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unworn, unwashed polo in its original condition (tags attached) for a refund or exchange.
Here's the no drama process:
1. Shoot Us a Message – contact us with your order number and reason for return. (If it's a defective product, attach a picture showing the issue and email to support@golflegends.com.au)
2. Pack It Up – Pop the polo back in the packaging (if possible) and send it to the following address:

3. We’ll Sort You Out – Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within a few business days.
Refunds – Straight back to your original payment method. Easy as!
Exchanges – If you need a different size or style, let us know, and we’ll get it sorted.
The Fine Print:
- Item must be in brand-new condition – no wear, no wash, no worries.
- Sale items – These are final sale and can’t be returned (unless faulty, of course).
- Return shipping – Customers cover return postage costs (unless we stuffed up and sent you the wrong item — our bad and we'll fix it at no cost to you!).
