Shipping Policy

We know you're keen to get your hands on your new Golf Legends gear, so we’ll do our best to get it to you faster than a pro sinking a birdie putt. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Where We Ship

Australia-Wide – We ship to every corner of Australia, from the big cities to the bush.

At this stage, we’re only shipping within Australia, but stay tuned—who knows what the future holds!

2. Shipping Costs & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping – Flat rate of $9.99 (Arrives in approximately 2-8 business days). 
• Express Shipping – At the moment, this is not an option. 
• FREE SHIPPING - on all orders over $100!

Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location, public holidays, and any unexpected shipping delays.

3. Order Processing Time

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within X business days of receiving it.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email. Keep an eye on it so you know exactly when to expect your new gear!

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is taking longer than expected, check your tracking link first.

If it's been significantly delayed or lost, flick us an email at support@golflegends.com.au, and we’ll do our best to track it down.

Once your parcel leaves our hands, the courier takes over, so delays due to weather, public holidays, or general postal mayhem are unfortunately out of our control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Make sure you double-check your shipping address before completing your order!

If you realise you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP at support@golflegends.com.au. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll fix it for you.

If the parcel has already been sent to the wrong address due to incorrect details, we may not be able to recover it—so triple-check before you complete your order!

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know as soon as possible. 

We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible—because no one deserves a dodgy delivery!
