Your Rights to Cancel
We offer a limited window to cancel your order after purchase. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once you receive the item.
Timeframe for Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne) are processed the following business day.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
How to Cancel Your Order

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time: 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain types of orders cannot be cancelled, including:
Orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Orders placed during a sale or promotional event with "final sale" terms (clearly indicated on product pages).
Custom, personalised, or limited edition polo t-shirts.
Change of Mind After Shipping?
