Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
All goods and services sold by Golf Legends come with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. These guarantees include that the product:
Is of acceptable quality
Is fit for its intended purpose
Matches the description, sample, or demonstration model
Has clear title and is free from hidden charges
Will arrive safely and undamaged
If a product you purchase from us fails to meet these standards, you are entitled to a remedy based on the severity of the issue.
Major Failures vs. Minor Problems
Under the ACL, the remedy depends on whether the problem is classified as major or minor.
Major Failure
A major failure includes when the product:
Has a serious defect that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known
Is unsafe
Is significantly different from the description or sample
Can’t be fixed within a reasonable time
Remedy: You can choose a refund, replacement, or compensation for the loss.
Minor Problem
A minor problem is one that can be fixed within a reasonable time.
Remedy: We may choose to repair the item or offer a replacement at our discretion.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To lodge a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Proof of Purchase:
You must provide acceptable proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice, receipt, or bank statement showing the transaction.
3. Assessment:
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the item and inform you of the outcome within 7 business days (Mon - Fri).
Return Shipping Costs
If your product is faulty or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
If your item has no defect or you simply changed your mind, return shipping will be at your own expense (only applicable if we accept voluntary change-of-mind returns).
Timeframes
Warranty claims are usually processed within 7–14 business days (Mon - Fri).
If the product needs to be inspected or sent to a manufacturer, this may take longer. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Manufacturer's Warranty (if applicable)
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your rights under the ACL. Details of any manufacturer warranty (e.g. coverage, duration) will be provided with the product or on the product page.
Please note: Manufacturer warranties do not limit or replace your consumer rights under Australian law.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
Normal wear and tear
Items altered or modified
Products without proof of purchase
Claims made after the warranty period (where applicable)
